    普段は物腰が柔らかく、いざ戦いになるとヴィシアの仲間たちを勇敢に支える大人の女性。

    The introduction suggests she's more a serious type with a soft spot for cute things. So probably not unfortunately.
    Although personally I think the ojou laugh would fit a Royal Navy ship more.
