I think Flandre is overrated. Her special skill is basically pinpointing the weakpoint of an object, physically grasping it in her hand, and somehow pouring power into it until it breaks. I know her special ability is to destroy anything and everything, but that's probably hyperbolic since there's likely to be lots of things that are just too tough for her to handle.

Flandre would be more fitting to the Tsukihime setting, in my opinion.

1: Sosuke Aizen. His shikai is godhax enough that Goku wouldn't even know where to try and attack first. Aizen would control every single perception of his, and could cut then cut him apart at his leisure.
2: Alucard pre-volume 8. According to Anderson's observations during that time, Alucard has more than enough souls/lives in him to stay alive long enough to kill Goku.
3: Karas. That sword goes through damn near anything and he's been shown to stop time in a fight. Can't fight back if your opponent's just cut you to pieces before you could even begin to think "Oh shit he's going to cut me to pieces".

4: Sir Crocodile. Let's face it; as powerful as he is at level 3, Goku's still a good-natured airhead who fights first with his fists. In doing so, Crocodile would easily be able to drain all moisture/vitality from his body and drop him in a heartbeat. Furthermore, even if he couldn't do it on the first try, his sand abilities allow him to survive just about anything unharmed.

Aizen would still have to be able to cut through skin that wouldn't even scratch from going through a planet at the speed of light, or some ridiculous shit like that. And if Goku just steps a little too hard he would still destroy everything in three Madagascar's radius, including Aizen.

Nope, Anderson never alluded even tangentially to Goku by name or description. And it wouldn't matter how many lives Alucard has, he still does not have anything that could scratch even DCAU superman, nevermind Goku.

Damn near anything? Like what, a planet? I've admittedly never watched KARAS, but at this point I've lost faith in your ability to put things in proper perspective. This really isn't so hard, you just have to think of an application of some very specialised ability that Goku can't do anything about. Karas for example, if whatever that is, can stop time, why not instead of stopping time and trying to cut Goku, pull Goku *into* the timestop and leave him stranded there, "stuck in a moment" that he could never, ever get out of until he died of whatvever super saiyans naturally die of. Or anyone that can teleport - just teleport Goku's stupid face off, it's not like he's smart enough to *not* give them the chance with his Flash-like speed. Or someone like Shadowcat just phase a brick into his skull and let it fuse into the brain. Or cast a fucking Death spell from any of a thousand games where such a spell exists.
Really, though, Goku as a servant isn't really that big a deal unless all the other servants are the sort who'll continue fighting, or attempt a back attack, even when they know they're about to die.
Remember, he tries his hardest 'not' to kill unless absolutely neccessary. This would result in him beating his opponent down, but letting them live so long as they don't try and attack him again, barring Ilya using a command seal to make him kill. And that's just three shots before she's out of the war.
