Those look particularly large to you (not that animu's wouldn't fit 'em)? Besides, the clothes for third-gen look rather thick anyway, and skin tight, so perhaps kompression. Besides, the fang is a giveaway by itself, but with the leaf-kini and general rabidness of her looks, this'd be Sapphire (should the tag be odamaki_sapphire?)
