The only problem is that there seem to be no male youkai. If men are exclusively human, breeding is restricted to female youkai x male human creating half-human half-youkai halfbreeds like Rinnosuke, which, once the original female youkai die, would eventually lead to the extinction of youkai altogether...

Might depend on the youkai as to how the children turn out.

Genjii is just a talking turtle, but yes, Unzan is a confirmed male youkai (nyuudou).

If I remember right, there are also supposed to be male tengu, but given that we've only seen two tengu at all, we probably can't expect to see much of them.
