The last three panels are a distinct PopTePiPic reference, but I don't know if it's enough for the "parody" tag, and we don't have any "homage" tag, so...?
Personally we just need someone to translate this so I can finally understand what Himiya's comics say. I like his comics. Totally not biased towards North Union. Nope. Not at all.
