Can't offer a proper translation since I can't read Japanese, but the gist is the party is trying to figure out if Kirjonen (bottom left corner) is a guy or girl. The dancer suggests Kirjonen is probably a guy as a counterpart to the other skyship NPC, Wiglaf (a girl). The runemaster then makes the argument that if they look at both the Skyship AND Dungeon NPCs, there are three guys (Logre, the Prince, and Kibagami) and only two girls (Wufan and Wiglaf), so Kirjonen must be a girl to balance things out. He gets zapped by Kirjonen mid-rant, though.
