The last time I saw this, someone translated to the effect of--she being newly constructed--her accepting immediate dismantlement, skipping her usual over-the-top intro, and hoping to see the commander again next time she gets constructed.
This sentiment is why I left gacha games. You get attached to low ranking characters that when you have to grow, it's more and more complicated to use them. I'd wish to have both in GFL and Arknights some system to improve low ranking units to make them useful in high level battles (MOD3 doesn't work for me because it's not only limited to some units, but also it's grindy as hell).

Kinda late but Arknights already has stuff like that.
Some 3 stars are still usable on late game materials given that they can be used as your emergency initial assault units to help you build up the points needed to deploy the stronger units.
Heck Cuora a 4 star and I e you can get very early on is still one of the undisputed tanking queens of the game.
With the only ones rivaling her being actual 6 stars.

Hence there are low-star tactics stage completion strategies in Arknights - from the easiest to some of the hardest stages; it's hard, but doable.
