Anyone else ever find it weird whenever a "kemonomimi" has both their animal ears AND regular human ears? Two pairs of ears?

Ever since that fact was pointed out to me, the fact that sometimes kemo people are drawn with TWO pairs of ears, I can't help but notice it whenever it happens and always find it really weird whenever a kemo reveals the fact they have human ears along with their animal ears.

Blows your mind when you finally notice it.

Not a really "mindblowing discovery" when most of the Kemonomimi Hololive members themselves already discussed this.

I think most of the time it's just because the artist decides the side of the head would look weird if the human ears are missing.

But in Hololive's case many already discussed this. Most whose hair covered up where the human ears would be(Botan, Okayu) simply say they don't have human ears, some others like Pekora says the human ears are supposed to be fakes, etc.
