Judging by the other posts post #4260152 and post #4260153, I'd say that there is a connotation for Botan and Lamy as being the father and mother figure for the Gen 5 as further strengthened by Botan's thumbnail use for their Gen 5 Minecraft collab and some yuri moments here and there between Lamy and Botan. However, Lamy is a well known alcoholic. Combine two and two together and you have quite the mom figure for Lamy, caring for her children and her husband.
I think this post was also in response to Miko's stream about who would be the best mother. Lamy was one of the winners, and combined with recent memes about her drinking habits (linked above), the author probably questioned the outcome of the results.
