I've not heard such, but the thing to remember here is that the two characters depicted are Chinese, so it probably wouldn't apply anyway.

Both were not warriors, and both never fought in battle. Zhen Ji wasn't a prostitute. She was the wife of one of yuan Shao's relatives. After Cao Cao wiped out the Yuan family, Cao Pi took her as his wife. Diao Chan on the other hand was like a concubine to both Dong Zhuo and Lu Bu.
