If by "something" you mean "some other frenchy history thing that took place a couple of hundred years prior to the one pictured above", then yes. Otherwise, no.

The painting is Liberty Leading the People, related to the French revolution of 1830. Ms. d'Arc is the Hundred Years' War of the 1400s.
