@sanitaeter @Zelinkokitsune Perhaps she simply doesn't know what a shipgirl looks like?

Note how much she talks about destroying them, but the only persons she ever identifies are other abyssals.

Probably her first experience with shipgirls. She's yet to meet them, so ignores them.

And the Abyssal exile fleet doesn't want to enlighten her yet, until she's had more experience with the girls.

The tail knows, but he ain't telling - I don't think he wants to fight.

Well, first that certainly was a Wo-class Abyssal, and the Abyssals and the Shipgirls are at war, so that other one must be an Abyssal! (Also, Wo-class-chan didn't recognize Musashi as a Shipgirl either, because Musashi's skin was darker than other shipgirls'.)

And then, that's certainly an Abyssal Princess, so those other two can't be Shipgirls either (see: Abyssals and Shipgirls at war)!

That, or her IFF needs some serious calibrations.

Maybeeeeeee... SHE NEVER WAS INTRODUCED TO ANY SHIPGIRLS??? Until now, any abissal appeared beside the ocasional new friend, is almost an animal. So, constructing some logic out the nice story of Hisahiko, maybe the abissals born with some knowledge of it´s partners, and the idea of destroy shipgirls, whatever they might be...
