Sniper rifle is a PTRS-41.
Submachine gun is a PP-2000.
The background helicopter is a Kamov KA-50.
The foreground helicopter is a Mil-Mi 24b.

That rifle looks like it's so big that it won't fit inside the car! If they are trying to shoot at something smaller than a vehicle (the rifle's typical application when it was used in WWII), they might need a slightly stronger scope than the Leupold HAMR mounted on there (a 4x scope). There is a video of a guy shooting the PTRS-41 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsI3fHUOlQM) and it seems to kick back a few inches, so they also might want to mount the scope a bit farther forward!
