It looks like that because the artist probably calculated the 'displacement' based on the fact that most of her back was hidden by the soft sofa. If you calculate the ratio based on that assumption plus the viewing angle, the anatomy would be normal-ish.

If anything, it looks more natural than most "gravity-defying" anime boobs, even if accidentally.

well idk, they don't look big enough to be heavy enough to sag that much. it's all just speculation, to me it looks like her torso is too long
