While I realize the direct translation is "It's Me Right?", I believe this picture is referencing one of the scenes in episode 2 of CGR2 when CC is revealed to be Zero instead of Lelouch, and is responding to Kallen's question, something along the lines of "Why weren't 'we' told about this?" to which CC responds "You meant 'me' right?"

In that context, the literal translation could also be what you put in the tn note so you're in the clear either way.

The 「我」 is in quotes anyway, indicating something more than just "it's me".
