Marie? I'm not so sure, but it may be a girl from Psyren, a seris/manga by Iwashiro Toshiaki. I can only tell by her hair and her black and white boots. This is suppose to be her from the future where she and the other elmore kids save Ageha and his friends Should I tag this Psyren or what?

The bracelet that Marie is holding is one of Lala's inventions (from To Love Ru). If I recall correctly it goes by the name Pyon-Pyon Warp-kun. It teleports the wearer and anyone touching them to a random location as a last-ditch escape mechanism, but conveniently doesn't transport any clothing. I am not sure why her gloves and thighhighs are still intact. Posting here since I'm not sure if it warrants a crossover tag, and what to tag it with.
