This is Fylus' art, yes...but the doujin is not KPP. I've read KPP plenty of times, and am a fan of Fylus. It was not made by her(though I wish it was).
KPP was actually made by Cras Sola/Ashes to Ashes. The art in KPP and Fylus' style doesn't match anyway.
So a year later and I've heard a few new things. Still, yes, this is by Fylus but...Perhaps both Fylus and Cras Sola made doujin of the same name. It's possible... I've seen art of Fylus' everywhere, and one did have the title on it, but I also own Cras Sola's KPP, so... Same title possibility. *shrugs*
