Don't you contact your customers when it's due for them to return their stuff?I rather not having it sprung up on me out of the blue like last time.We do.Why's that?But only when it's been sometime after the due date.Eh...?Why not inform them right at due date?That's why we don't contact the customers right on the due date.Because some people dare to postpone because of conflicting schedules.
