If anything, that shows what kind of people that downvotes ShinobiVega for not knowing Sans mode, and would probably do the same if another people asking about "Sus". Not everyone knows...Or care what is currently trending.

I think the downvotes begun because his question was composed only of a quote and a row of question marks. Then the downvotes followed because he had a rage fit.
While I think he overreacted to the downvotes (as many have done recently), I also think the intent of his question marks was clear enough, so anyone could have answered instead of simply downvoting him.
One eye specifically being blue and having a flame effect? There might have been an instance of it happening before Undertale, but Undertale largely is what popularized one blue eye specifically.
Black Rock Shooter would like to have a word with you. We are talking about two years after Hatsune Miku was born (2009). However is understable Undertale fanbase don't know her, they were probably using diapers by then.
