There's a full body version, but the resolution isn't that much higher (600x500). Until she becomes playable, that's the best resolution we can get, I guess.

Out of all six, Fediel's dragon design is my favorite by far due to how nightmarish she looks and sounds, so I'm somewhat torn by this. Her human form looks too damn regal for the supposed avatar of a decaying three-headed demonic goat dragon that sounds like this , this , this or even this
That said, this was supposed to be a disguise (as a draph lady, which she got the height wrong) so maybe she will get more fitting form later? ...Pretty please?

She's playing off the fact that Scathaha is a small Erune. Scathaha speaks like an old regal lady, but looks like a child. Fediel looks like an old granny, but is childish in her manners. Fediel's overriding interest is understanding how mortals reproduce, hence taking on a very sexualized and exaggerated female form. She practically screams fertility goddess. A draconic Aphrodite.
She also plays off of her dragon form. An incarnation of horror and death. The libido and sex drive are connected to people's reactions to such things. Hence why many horror movies have sexual components, either as a preamble to violence or a subtext to visual and story themes.
