I did this about two weeks in advance, but I decided to wait for HMS Prince of Wales' launch day (in British standard time, anyway) to post this. I wanted to try to design some kind of banquet dress for her because she doesn't have one. I am not a master in designing outfits, but this is how I would imagine what her banquet dress would look like. Hope you all like!
