    sorry but I can't understand the meaning of the tag "scrunchy" ... and their uses (I'm still learning english)

    'scrunchy' is (west coast?) slang for elastic bands to tie hair back with.

    Entomology of the word is probably:
    Scrunch -> bunch.
    The scrunchy is usually decorative itself and has fabric around the band that isn't elastic, but has enough material to let you stretch it out to put your hair in. When you let go, the elastic contracts and the fabric bunches up.

    "Etymology" is the study of word history and origins.
    "Entomology" is the study of insects.
    You know, just a little different.
