Remilia makes some nasty comments on Youmu's spectral half; then Remilia comes to apologize, and... not sure what is going on there, but I guess she thinks Youmu is Scissorman? (シザーマン???)

Mostly translated. Yeah, it's "seishi" in Japanese.

I can't figure out if the じょじょじょ at the end is a reference to Scissorman or Remilia "reacting very badly".
