You know, I've always wondered if this is how continues work in video games...

From the character's perspective anyways, wakes up, has a sense of deja vu when faced with an enemy he shouldn't have face against and suddenly knows all of his moves before hand?

dude...I'm at rage mode all the time and this story ended up make me laugh...

I don't get how everyone loves pulling a Tomino in all these fanfictions. I mean, it looks great and trolls really well (I was nerd raging the whole read), but didn't really add anything to Adachi's character besides him winning that one time.

Maybe that was the conclusion? That Adachi's so empty it's not worth understanding?

I actually loved this comic, and not just because Souji still managed to go out like a badaass even in Adachi fan-wank. Plus tragic ends are sometimes more interesting. And crazy Adachi is fun.

Something like caller said. I sometimes, though not as often anymore, imagine what it would be like if the bad guy in a game wins. This was fun to read. Although depressing. Real depressing.

I think it wasn't a dream so much as it was a groundhog day loop like when Igor saves your bacon if you don't save whoever is in the tv at the time.

Usually the dream end is so cliched and overused and just plain bad (undoing all the plot that came before it), but I think it fits this particular comic superbly since that IS how the game mechanics work after all. So it's totally justified.

Really? Igor does something to save you? I never lost anyone in the game before (usually just rage-quit at the phone-call)

Yep he essentially tells you that you suck and that you better try the month over again. Then he resets everything to the begging of the month.

Haha omg, I just finished the anime yesterday and was thinking how many chances Adachi had to reach this ending. Loved it in the end when Yu was like "Fuck that shit, he's getting no sweetness outta me."
