    The reason why you're in a limo is because The Velvet Room looks different for everyone that enters in possession of the Wild Card. Like this Velvet Room belongs to P3MC/Minato Arisato, and the Limo belongs to P4MC/Souji Seta.

    Perhaps having this Velvet Room partly destroyed has something to do with the P3 storyline...?
