Since it's a nickname, should I just leave it as "Naicha"?

I've seen Rudolf pun her nickname with "Nee-chan"...

Note also that ネイチャ is just the second part of her name. It's not ネイチャー (as one would usually expect from "nature"). Same goes for the original horse.
