Actually, she does wear some und of underwear, just to contribute to that discussion... It's not really panties, it's more of a very tiny... something. In most colour shemes, it has the same colour as the little butterfly/ribbon on her pelvis.
In terms of gameplay, I absolutely love her. Rather simple to play, only hard thing can be to keep the distance to the enemy, from my experience.
I'm more a fan of 2D and 2C, but really, she looks amazing in all the poses.

I was playing this on the weekend and yeah, Luna's super hot (all the girls are, really) but in gameplay too. She was my #1 of the characters I played. Her win pose is fantastic:) The gameplay is spectacular, selection is fabulous, the graphics are great and it ran playably on my ancient laptop too. It's good for fighters like one comrade of mine who breaks it all down into math and FPS, or it's good for fighters like me who just like to have fun and pull off cool stuff.
I played this for the first time just now. ended up with Kaede and the projectile girl (dunno the name)
OBVIOUSLY luna's a hyped character (lookit her) so I tried this for a second. the stances were nice but they didn't seem to be rooted in very usuable theory. I'd have liked this shit better if they were all combo moves like Abel's Change of Direction or Kyo's wild bite/wicked chew shit
