That's how Kagerou-class Kai Nis by konishi are, uniform stays largely the same with new and improved rigging. You can notice the rigging difference more with their stats and equipment they come with, namely the 12.7cm Model C gun. Also her tits got larger and she's using a more frilly bra.

Body proportions. Her face are larger, and taller. Bang swept changed. Then again, it's flicking left again on damaged art. Arms, legs, neck and overall height is longer or higher . Semi jacket also went from 3 buttons to 1, way more mature and sexy. Neck ribbon loosely worn this time. It was done all the way up originally.
I might still miss a lot. And changes are quite subtle. That's how impressive Konishi is to his work though.
