She shouldn't have been able to stop it. Flandre's destruction power works by grabbing the "eye" of an object, the area of the most tension (skull), and clenching her fist, causing w/e it was to crumble, shatter, etc. It doesn't seem like the kind of thing you can stop just by getting in the way.

You're trying to explain powers that work on abstract concepts like "destruction" with real life logic. You sound like an idiot.

If real life logic means how the power was explained to work by the creator of the character, then yeah, I suppose I do sound like an idiot. Sorry.

Also, I read on and they explained how she was able to block it, so no worries.

I found recklessfirex and TheCirno to sounds more like the idiot one here
Quiet power only point out that he think there's an inconsistency in the story, he doesn't bitching about it like you two did to him

Flan's power works on the object of her attention, in theory, if you distracted her she'd end up breaking something other than the original target.

I also always understand her power in that way, that she needs eye contact with her target.

Here Remilia streched out her arm into the sight line and instead of the head of the little ghost, it destroyed her arm.
