It's done in the style of Arknights promotional/portrait art, the character shares a theme with official Arknights characters (based on animals), there are unique features of the Arknights setting present (oripathy lesion)... and the commentary explicitly mentions several times in multiple languages that it is an "Arknights fan made character" (i.e. original character set in Arknights setting).

It gets both the Arknights and original copytags.

Compare this with Touhou original characters (Touhou original), Umamusume original characters (Umamusume original), Kemono Friends original characters (Kemono Friends original), and so on. And all the infamous Sonic OCs, for that matter.

If is something accepted in this site is one thing, that this art or like the examples you give of touhou, etc are from those copyrights are other. To me, maybe just to me, if is not an character, or any character with a variation like different outfit, haircut.... should not be tag as copyright. Is like if i draw an dog an put on it super mario cap should be tagged as super_mario, maybe is a refference but is not from super_mario i take as it shouldn't be tagged like it was. But where to draw the line...

Actually, Mario's hat in an image would require the image to be tagged with the Mario copyright.

Then is a total mess, because if come to look for any copyright, in this case arknights, i come to watch akrnights characters, not other arts that not belong to arknights but are marked as arknights. So my search is like showing wrong results...

No, they're correct. We tag crossovers, references, and original charavter with the copyright they're referencing. We've always done it that way. It's not wrong.

Just blacklist crossover and "arknights original" if that's what you want. Checking your comments, you've got an awful history of complaining about charactwr tag "misuse" even when there's nothing wrong at all. Gotta look inside yourself, bud. The problem is between the keyboard and chair.

I would like to interject very quickly with the idea of appending your search with the metatag copytags:1, this will filter out any arknights posts that have more than one copyright tagged.

They said search, not blacklist. Arknights Copytags:1 does work. It's only the blacklist that doesn't recognize non-basic tags.
