    Normally I'd agree, but it's become so popular in the fandom I wasn't sure how to handle it. It also let me separate her use of あたし. Still, the whole "eye" thing is definitely incorrect as a translation, so it's just as well.

    replying to an ancient post, but I still think that translating it as "me" instead of "eye" could maintain the childish aspect of using あたい　without being completely wrong
