Clearly, it's a horse with all of it's lower legs replaced by the bodies of very strong human infants being ridden by a polar bear who wears boats and is wearing a mask which has some sort of tube feeding into the horse's right eye socket.
actually, the horse might be partly canine, just looke like the head and the tongue. the "polar bear" is wearing a gas maskor something like that, with a tube extended out, which all together makes the polar bear look like an ant eater. The white creature is wearing boot yet ironically its not walking, but the ones who walk are little human like creatures that don't look like they have anything on their feets, if they have feets at all. can i tell you more? yes! I'm very good at BShxting.......
It's kinda like those pictures where you have to stare at a point beyond the picture and relax your eyes, and you see a sailboat. Except in this case, you have to smoke 5 or 6 blunts while staring at the volcano, and then you can see the true meaning of existence. Seriously.
Clearly an artists impression of paraticism and symbiosis. Or something. Definitely not something I want visiting my nightmares, so it's just as well I haven't had one for years.
Dude. It's awesome. It IS just like a dream. Really don't know what the meaning would be, though. Sometimes dreams are mearly bassed on what you seen on TV that day.

Wow, this is really awesome, I've never seen this painting before! I'm a huge fan of surreal art, no matter how bizarre or how disturbing, I love it. Also, I really have to agree with wanchan about the artist's impression of symbiosis and parasitism.
Do you have a better solution to the current contamination of "what" with pictures that really aren't "what"? Besides going through the tag and getting rid of stuff.
I think I understand this... If look at the rest of this website, you'll find hundreds of tentacled/futanari/otherwise-strange-sexual pictures. Those artists can't spend ALL their time drawing sexual things, so sometimes we get something like this.
