No, that their to young to not know that Link wasn't one of them. Of cores it could be that when Kokiri leave the frost they don't fall over dead like so many believe but rather start aging at a normal rate meaning that the reason that Link's mother knew the exact location of the Great Deku(ms?) Tree was could because she is a Kokiri and that would explain why Link looks so much like all the others. But seeing that's both a cool idea and a responsible explanation means that it couldn't be the case.
