Well, they're not actually pregnant, they've just had an octopus inserted into them. I'm not sure the bestiality one works either because they're technically not having sex with them as well, though I may be wrong on that one.
In any case, it wouldn't be implied (x) because pictures with this tag just hint at it about to or having just taken place, whereas this just outright shows it.

Vaginal_object_insertion, large_insertion, and fake_pregnancy. Oh, and animal_insertion apparently exists, but that seems severely underpopulated.
