You are thinking of T28, yes. Apparently they thought they have scraped all models but somehow this one didn't.

It isn't that rare actually. Due to the rapid demobilizing of the troops after the war meant a lot of confusion happened. It is common for the documents to record the assets are scraped or transferred to somewhere else but it never actually happen. They even once found a company of M4 Sherman sitting on a former traning field for 2 decades, apparently the personnel there were quickly sent to Europe to replace the retiring veterans without replacement.

Can someone PLEASE look at how I translated Bismarck's words in the first panel. The kanji 𧻗 kinda threw me off there and Google Translate doesn't recognize it. Thanks!

Because it's 越 (年越し being a term for the new year), not 𧻗.

I remember one year we ran out into the front yard and banged pots and pans. :D
