In The Dunwich Horror, Lavinia, an albino woman, gives birth to twin sons. No one ever meets their father, but one of them cries out as he is killed; "Help! Help me, father! YOG-SOTHOTH!"

There is also a hill surrounded by a circle of stone pillars in Dunwich, which Lavinia was known to frequent. My assumption is a pretty safe one.
