Having not looked over the others, I can say: Danbooru is not the place for uploading whole manga and/or doujinshi. It being a "rare find" doesn't matter.
Also, if you want request a translation for something, add the proper tag.
Ah, yeah, dumb me: # Manga: Uploading entire manga or doujinshi chapters is discouraged. Individual pages can be uploaded if they meet the quality criterion. I don't upload much (and when I do it's never more than single images) and I assumed that's what pools were for. Sorry! Also, the other images do have the translation request tag, I was just being rude.
