I think Reimu is one cause she's the first playable character and Sakuya is the third playable character (windows era games),

Remilia - Septette for the Dead Princess (her theme in Koumakyou), a septette is a musical piece for 7 instruments/performers
Keine - "caved" was a 2chan meme where someone mentioned being butt-raped (lit. trans. "dug") by EX Keine, but it got machine-translated as "caved". Not entirely sure what this has to do with 6, other than the extremely vague six/sex similarity.
