Well, all the self made user upload art...excuse...doodles were shit. This is actually the first time some uploaded their own work that's actually good.

I think if it meets a certain quality requirment, it will be approved. So somthing that is fully CG'ed and doesn't look like you did it in 4 seconds, it will be fine. Could be wrong of course
