He is referring to the blue color of the hair immediately above the eyes (that actually be the eyelashes, no?).

I always confuse those two but yeah, The artist messed up with the fill tool or something.

That is how this artist colors his eyelashes. It's actually not all that rare.

Fakepucco uses that technique too. Should we make tag all of his images with "Error" too?

I've seen manga-ka do it too. Even in the manga itself.

It's pretty common in the world of manga/anime. I kinda like it too.

In case anyone didn't notice, Yoshika has 2 right feet (the big toe on her left foot is facing outwards when it should be inwards.)

It's not facing outwards, the curvature of the foot confirms that the little toe is the one outward.

Given the dialog here, the eyelashes were definitely meant to match the color (seeing how the other girl has the same eye/eyelash color). Notice how the shade of blue/brown is different from the eyes as well. The only error here is the constant reference to eyelashes as eyebrows.

The verdict: NO ERROR
