Dunno China's said to be well rounded... though in a projectile heavy game, this might not mean much. (Not to mention she can't hope to pack the damage output per blow as vampires and Suika)

And she's actually pretty good to boot.

Actually, Mewiling in IAMP isn't too bad once you get used to her.

She's great at setting up easy combo's, especially with 5C and 22A, You can guard crush with her ranged spell-cards, better movement than Yuyuko and Patchouli, you can beat the pulp out of Alice and Patchouli in close range, mess with Youmu at mid range(Youmu has suckier ranged attacks than Meiling...), and stop dashers with 5C, not to mention that three steps "moutain crusher" is a fantastic reversal... when combo'd right...
