Canonically, Nazrin found the pagoda in an unnamed second-hand store! Kourindou is mostly doing outside artefact! Therefore Kourindou MAY BE that "second hand store", depending from your PoV. But maybe not!

Going with canon, the only secondhand stores we know of are Kourindou and Marisa's father's shop. Assuming Nazrin went to one of those best-known two, I think we can safely assume that it was Kourindou, given that Marisa's father doesn't deal in magic items and Rinnosuke has a habit of picking up strange things like the Pagoda. But I suppose there could be yet another secondhand shop - even though that would be weird.
