I don't understand the bike shorts fetish. I see people wearing them in real life and want to take my shoe off and throw it at them. Bike shorts look so...tacky.

Yeah really... At least in my neck of the woods, there are only very VERY rare nice looking asses in bike shorts. Most don't look good. I'm not counting guys in these statistics either; most spandex-clad female asses around here look HUGE!

I'm not really 'defending' it (lol that makes me sound like a bike shorts crusader). To begin with, it's not really a piece of apparel designed for fashion. All I'm saying is, with certain butt/leg combinations, they 'can' look good.
Assuming you won't look creepy doing it, go to a high school volleyball game. If I hadn't seen the way some of my classmates looked in those tight shorts, I would never have discovered a taste for bike shorts.
