You got the wrong scene, that quotation is from the beginning of Act III, with Hamlet and Ophelia.

The scene with the skull is from Act V: "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio", etch.

I guess it's "Alas, poor 2nd Rei!" in this case.
