During the BW/B2W2 era it seemed to me that Hilda/Touko was still slightly the more popular one. But her being front and center during the release of Pokemon Masters has completely cemented Rosa/Mei as the more popular one now. Poor Touko, you'll always be my #1 Unova girl...
