    Kasumi Maru, no anime/manga appearances, most likely, original character, you wont find any more fanart from him aside from the artist or the one In Pixiv.

    Thats a matter of opinion, I mean, if "guys" find child-looking "persons" with penises attractive, thats their thing (also, call the cops), as far Im concerned, Yaoi and Shota are very different things, the first one is legal... in some countries.
