"Frill" kinda sounds weird for a name, but it's just the reversal of the first two syllables of "Riffle" in Japanese...

Anyway, if someone can come up with a better looking/sounding English equivalent for「フリル」, go for it.

I think they're made to compliment each other: "Ruffles" and "Frills"
