The artist is called Wacchi (わっち), but it's not the current Wacchi tag on this website. Their pixiv is here: http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=29243 . I don't really know what I would do to make that a separate sort of tag, so if someone else would do that, I should be able to follow the example in the future.

You click edit then enter the source in the bar that says source.
