Ya, Orin and Koishi severely over-reacted to Satori's progress of not being a neet. You can't change something like that over night yet they acted like she could.

And Koishi needs an intervention herself, she left for months of years, and wanted Satori to go "all normal between us", Orin is the true victim here.
