Alignments have always been weird in Fate. Even in the original FSN where he is a sadistic, cruel, and genocidal rapist, Gilgamesh still has the Good alignment.
That said, Tamamo is absolutely the meanest "witch with a capital 'b'" you will ever meet if she doesn't like you, or if her beloved doesn't care about you, or even if she can just benefit from messing with you in some way. She's a good guy if her Master is a good guy, and if her Masteris a bad guy, hoo boy, can she be THE bad guy!

She won't think twice about using roofies on her Master despite presenting herself as a 'Good' wife. She's also terribly vindictive and bitchy, but she hides it well.
